    Appalling Connectivity

    I really wanted to like these BUT. They took forever to connect, had to mess with router settings etc. Once connected & formed into a group in one room they worked intermittently for one evening, was able to dim them etc. Next day they won’t connect to WiFi, wasted every evening for a week trying to get them fixed. They are brighter than I like just turned on so without the ability to dim them they are just junk.I’ve wasted too much time on them they are going in the bin. The router is 10 feet away & working fine with everything else PC, Mac etc even the fridge has never dropped out. These just won’t stay connected despite all the recommended troubleshooting, resets, reinstall the app etc. so useless I’m afraid.Edit, two weeks later tried again they connected in one go & worked all evening. Let’s see if they are still working tomorrow.

    Failed after 2 months

    Easy to set up and the app is handy, however after 2 months bulb stopped working and support couldn’t resolve the issue.I have other bulbs in the Wiz range, and they all work fine, disappointing that this one is now obsolete.

    Discombobulated ecosystem

    To say there supposed to be smart lights they don’t work well with themselves. Some lights have features others don’t some connections have WRGB some don’t. Others work… some don’t. Tech support in app useless takes three to five working days to reply in an instant message situation.

    Easiest set up

    This was to replace a well know branded bulb which kept disconnecting. WIZ is now my go to brand for wifi bulbs as of all the ones I’ve tried I find these to be the most reliable and easy to set up (with this version there’s is no waiting around for the lights to blink and it connects almost instantly). Dimmable light ranging from coolest white to warm and really easy to control on the app or via Alexa. Since replaced all my spotlights, kitchen unit lighting etc. from the same range so would definitely recommend.
